This Privacy Policy explains how Top Tools AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of our AI tools and services (the "Services"). We built the Services around a simple principle: your prompts are yours, and we do not keep them. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and any future versions of it.
Prompt content: Text or other input you submit to our models. This is processed in-memory for the duration of your request only and is not written to persistent storage, logged, or reviewed by our staff.
Account and technical information: If you create an account or otherwise interact with our website or platform, we may process basic information such as contact details you provide, and standard technical data (such as device or browser information) needed to operate the Services securely. This is separate from, and does not include, the content of your prompts.
Billing and usage information: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We keep records of purchases, plan status, and usage amounts (such as request and token counts) to operate billing, enforce limits, and prevent fraud. These records do not contain the content of your prompts or outputs.
We use the limited information described above only to:
We do not use prompt content or outputs for advertising, profiling, or model training.
Prompts and model outputs are held only for as long as needed to process and return a response, and are not retained afterward. We do not maintain logs, caches, or backups of prompt content as part of normal operation.
We do not sell your information. Because prompt content is not retained, we have nothing to share with third parties in connection with it. Any limited account or technical information described in Section 2 may be shared with service providers strictly as needed to operate the Services, and only under confidentiality obligations.
We apply enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Services, including in transit and while briefly held in memory during processing.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we do not retain prompt content, these rights primarily apply to any account or contact information you have provided to us directly.
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may change, update, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without prior notice and without notifying you individually. Changes take effect immediately when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised.
By accepting this Privacy Policy once, whether at sign-up, at checkout, or by using the Services, you also agree to all future versions of it. Your continued use of the Services after a change is posted confirms your acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Services.
